This pack of 20 toothbrushes is incredibly expensive (the Oral B brand is often around $10 for two toothbrush heads). These versatile Power Tips and Ortho Heads work very effectively. This is my second adult in braces, 40 years after the first time. I wish these products were available when I was a teenager! I can never go back to manual toothbrushes! The only two issues, and they're minor: 1) The heads are very tight on the base of the electric toothbrush and you have to really pull to dislodge them, at least on mine (I have an Oral B Braun). Second, Power Tips tend to wear out quickly, but that may be because I currently wear braces and have to use Power Tips aggressively to adjust appliances. I will review this aspect again when I am done with orthodontics. This is the second pack of 20 I have purchased (I bought the first pack in May 2017 when I got braces). Ortho heads last a long time before needing to be replaced.
