Needs 'universal' replacement for Oral-B brushes. Alayna brushes don't meet my basic requirement - to last at least a month. Also, some of their usual "cross" spares fit my Braun power supply so tightly that you need pliers to remove them, while their "appliance" and "ortho and power tips" -Brushes often "fall" off the power pack when you hold the brush head under the handle. Finally changed nozzle. Seems to work, but the design is slightly different (fewer bristles seem to be in the middle of the brush) than the original Oral B brand head. However, this probably gives me a better clean than hand-held, so can't complain. Especially since it saved me a lot of money. My next dental exam will probably be the best way to determine if these heads work as well as the originals.

This pack of 20 toothbrushes is incredibly expensive (the Oral B brand is often around $10 for two toothbrush heads). These versatile Power Tips and Ortho Heads work very effectively. as an adult with braces, here is my review of this product and seller. I've only tried the orthodontic head. The first head I used took about 2 weeks. With each cleaning, the bristles would detach from the head and stick to the clips, and some of the bristles would stick out of the head.
