Reduced the price of the wallet. The handle is attached so it is shorter than other wallets. I bought at least 4 of the same wallets. Inside is cheaper. They are pictured in each compartment on the side but this blue wallet does not have what is pictured inside. I was very disappointed. There used to be a slot for a driver's license and it had a clear plastic cover. Not there now. He had little pockets to put something in, now they're gone. There was a small zippered area in the middle compartment, now it's gone. There is a small patch on the back of the wallet and where there was a hole it was sewn up very nicely. Now it's just cut off and looks unfinished. Again, they reduced the cost of making a wallet, but not the price.
