I have long straight hair that reaches down to my lower back/upper buttocks. The texture is pleasant, but still quite thick. I'm naturally blonde but I dye my hair black and while I don't use heat my hair still needed some help. It really improved the softness and shine even without being able to get my regular haircut due to COVID. I also like the bottle, thanks to which you can really use everything. I use it in the shower and don't rinse it off completely. I then apply Verb Ghost Oil to slightly damp hair which has been a godsend for my hair type/texture. This combination has been amazing for me personally for maintaining healthy looking hair.
