I typically wear a Medium depending on the style of clothing. I will be using this as part of a costume, I went with a Large so I could fit a button down and a tie underneath without feel smothered. The Large is a bit long on the arms, but not too horrible! The buttons are sewn on a bit cheaply, and there are no actual pockets on this top. You get what you pay for, and this is a perfect piece for my COSTUME!
