Review on πŸ”₯ Highly Efficient 10mmx25mx0.25mm Thermally Conductive Computer Adhesive by Paul Wilson

For thermal transfer, that's GARBAGE!

After reading all the good reviews I thought damn yes this would be way better than using dirty thermal paste/lube, WRONG! Thermal conductivity is complete nonsense! Now it's the sticky competition to 3M VHB tape. I was working on a Peltier project that worked great with thermal paste. I wanted to make some changes to the setup so I used this tape to assemble it and it didn't work like it used to or didn't work at all. I thought I might have damaged the peltier element so I reworked it and did the same thing. So I redid it for the third time using thermal paste and the original tech and Bam works great. If you want some damn good double-sided tape, this thing will stick to a wool blanket. Otherwise I would recommend thermal paste. Lesson learned for $13.

Pros
  • The thermal tape has an excellent thermal conductivity of 1.5W/mK, which allows you to easily transfer the heat from the device to the heatsink, meet the needs of most electronic devices, and make your work easier (the effect is better if you use thermal tape). Insert). ).
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging
