They don't last long
First of all, my Sanitaire S677 is used at home almost every day. Dog hair, lots of people and carpeting. These straps are inexpensive, but my car only lasts two weeks. I still have the old belt that I put back in the car every now and then and I drive that old belt for a week and then it gets replaced with one of these newer belts. I do this to see if it's the belts or the machine. That old belt still works great, but the new ones fall apart pretty quickly. The price of these belts is low, but know that you can use more of them.
