First, ignore the advertised photo. There is nothing like it, see the photo I've attached. I bought a multi set from a local parts store and they were yellowish in color and softer than these and could be bent by hand. They kept falling. I received them and they are a tough white nylon material, very tough and difficult to install. I found it helpful to microwave it for about 30 seconds to soften it while inserting it into the connector hole. Once it had cooled down enough by this point that I couldn't mount it on the motor shaft. I ended up tapping it with a long piece of metal until it clicked into place. I don't think it will ever come back. By the way, I lubricated the shaft first, which is probably a good thing, as it was very tight at first and barely moved. I ran the wipers on for about 10 minutes and they eventually started to loosen up a bit. I am replacing this bushing and the lower bushing at the same time, part number 49439. Both will fit 1992 Chrysler.
