Everything is fine, but there is a lot of trouble.

I had to remove four links. Even with the kit and (rather vague) instructions, it's not a very easy task, and you run the risk of scratching the strap or getting uneven sides if you're not used to messing around with links. The watch itself feels very light and hollow which means it probably won't last very long / it's a cheap build.
