Review on PackIt Freezable Lunch Closure Black by Cindy Plant

This is my third PackIt lunch box. My first was fantastic. This lasted about 3 years before it stopped staying cold for as long as I needed it to. Then my second one was only a few months old when he started moldy on the floor. I checked here and people didn't seem to be having the same issue so I figured it must be a coincidence. Well I have a third one, this one, and I don't understand why you forced the bag to fold through the bottom panel. It folds up and then freezes and it's impossible to have a flat bottom and your stuff can barely fit. Then you just have to fold it somehow to put it in the freezer to make sure it lays flat on the floor and never fits in the freezer compartment. I'm not sure what's up with this company but this will be my last.
