When I bought this hammock I followed the instructions in the Questions section to email me when I got the 100% nylon version instead of the nylon version and want cotton. However, I have the nylon and cotton version. I called the number on the brochure to ask for an exchange and had to leave a message. Someone called me back and left a message saying the description said cotton/nylon and asking me to call them directly instead of using the number on the box. Unfortunately I accidentally deleted the message and didn't save the number. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and the fact that my email was ignored. What should have been an easy purchase became a hassle.
