Beware. Item arrived defective they still charged me 15% restocking fee
I bought a laptop for my daughter. Everything was fine from a performance perspective, but when we first opened it, we noticed that the hinges didn't fit together and the hinges caused a crack on the screen when we first opened it. I started the return process, the seller took a long time to reply and refunded me the money. When asked they said they would still charge me a 15% restocking fee. I will never buy from this seller again.
