well made but runs small

Was disappointed with how small the hat is. It says "Kids/Juniors" and my daughter is 5 years old and on the tiny side of a peanut ;0), I really had to fight with my hat to keep going. So I think it would be great maybe for a 2 year old. But well done! And it seemed that he would warm her, but he had to return because he did not fit.
