Does the job, smaller than expected although dimensions are as advertised. You should definitely let the attachments just use the audio features to do their job. Don't push hard. Use it like a sonic toothbrush and you will be very happy with it. I'll probably get one of the extensions for it. Update 4/21/17: I just have to stress that it's really small. The brush head is only about 2.5 cm wide. Also, I live in a hard water area, so there are always new stains around the base of my faucets. When I use this the stains don't seem to come off at first but then I wipe down the area where I used it and it's squeaky clean. So I'd say it's great to use in small areas now. I'm 70 years old and in good shape, but I was hoping for something that would make my tub/shower easier to clean, which isn't enough. I will keep it, but I will not renew it. I will buy one of the larger electric toothbrushes.
