Not as good as the original
It's been a while since I've had to replace the original sliders, I expected the same quality. They originally came with separate staffs, but they were attached. Poor quality sticker peeled off in 1 week. The white layer for the gliding component also seems to be thinner so I doubt it will last as long as the original product.
