CloudPassAGES really does just pass along files

I like that it integrates with other tools including Microsoft 365 (both Active Directory as well as Office). Their support team members have been fantastic to work with. They were able to get us up and running in less than 1 week. The functionality we needed was not immediately available out-of-the box but they got right back to me with suggestions about how to accomplish what we needed. We are also using their API so there may be features down the road that aren't yet released which I would love to see them add since you know it's important to us! It took some time getting used to navigating through all aspects of cloudpassages software. Once we figured everything out though, things came together very quickly. A few months later here we are integrating our CRM tool with this product as well. In addition to being able to integrate into an organization's existing systems, cloudpassage has several additional value added services such as file sharing etc. I like the ease of use and the fact that it's cloud based. I like that it's easy to use, and I like that it's easy to get support. I wish that it was more customizable. I would like to be able to add our own rules to the system. If you are looking for a more customizable system, then this is not the one for you. It's a great system, but I would recommend that you use it for a while and get a feel for it. We are using it to help us with our compliance.

Pros
  • Also good at keeping track &amp tracking changes within G Suite environments across multiple orgs without having access directly from each individual tenant.etc..and can do mass deletions too when required
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
