good product but needs stronger hands

tightened and after 5 minutes the flange on the arm broke. The arm broke the next day. I have told the supplier what happened but no reply yet. I wonder if they will offer me a new hand. They should. Good product but need stronger hands. You have to be a little gentle there. good for light training, today I trained lightly, but anyway the second flange broke. I would say the product is defective. Maybe it's made for a 12 year old. Buyer beware. I am 66 years old and have been practicing martial arts for 40 years.
