If you liked the Nano X, you probably won't like this shoe. This shoe is very different and I really hope the Nano doesn't go in that direction because I love the Reebok Nano for CrossFit workouts. I bought this shoe for CrossFit training and was disappointed with the stability of the CrossFit shoe Olympic lifts and squats. This shoe tends to rock me forward and is narrower than previous Nanos. Also, the back is healing and people have complained of blisters while healing. I would expect this shoe to be good for short runs, burpees, box jumps and other bodyweight movements, but honestly I'd rather just buy a good pair of running shoes and use the Nano X again. Have to say these are comfortable and beautiful shoes , I just don't need them. The deal breaker for me was the overall stability of the shoe. If you are interested in crossfit or cross training and NOT weightlifting or heavy lifting, then this shoe could be for you.
