I liked the design of this massager. Great that it works like a stool! But I had a serious problem with it. I wouldn't call it a massager; it's more like a footbreaker. For a 9 foot woman with a narrow heel and high instep, every setup was incredibly painful. I think some people's feet are more sensitive than others, but a massager with multiple settings is perfect for anyone, especially when it costs hundreds of dollars. This massager is definitely not.
