My cat with IBD needed something her body wasn't used to so we chose this one. It's a bit dry, but what I've found works well: I take a slightly larger plastic container than I need, place the contents of the jar in the container, add about 3 tablespoons of hot water, and stir with a fork. It is then moistened and looks like ground beef (do not mash). ideal consistency. I give her a portion and put the rest in the fridge. Then I just warm it up a bit for about 11-12 seconds to serve again. Add IBD approved food and she will love it!
