Review on Osprey Transporter Laptop Backpack in Haybale Shade by Sierra Stewart

Reliable protection for computers and accessories

The Osprey backpack offers a durable transporter backpack design that offers excellent protection against interior rain. While most backpacks absorb water and eventually let it seep into the shell, the Osperey Transporter is coated with TPV (Thermoplastic Volcanic) and is virtually impervious to rain. This has two outcomes, first it isolates water, but it also appears to be a bit cheaper than the $140 price point suggests. But you get used to it, and the Osprey logo is subtle on the fabric as usual. Inside a large compartment, suitable for a short weekend trip. There are also 2 layer pockets with a padded laptop sleeve that will fit a computer up to 15" (my 14" Yoga feels pretty comfortable). Article. The appearance is elegant, and the zippers have strong rings. This is necessary as the zippers are a bit tight and difficult to open or close, at least initially. There are two hidden pockets, one of which is a bit odd for a water bottle as it might not need protection from the elements or predatory eyes, but again, it has a cleaner look. The other pocket is in the lid and is good for a wallet or similar. Both are protected by a TPV-coated fabric that's surprisingly plastic-odor free. The shoulder straps are comfortable and the back is padded to protect your laptop and back. All in all, the Osprey is the only offering for those who need a little more protection on the go. However, as with SUVs, you're most likely not exposing it to a heavier drizzle or anything like that. For a strenuous hike or the daily commute to work, the van should be a good choice. Of course, the large main compartment is not suitable for all needs and whether it is good to have it or better to use another model depends on your use.
