These in-ear headphones were disappointing. I would give them 2 stars as a product if there wasn't a short in the left earpiece causing the audio to cut out so they get the lowest possible stars for poor workmanship and poor quality control during production. (Made in China). The hard outer wire covering near the earbuds that was supposed to hold the earbuds in place had the opposite effect for me, instead of holding the earbuds securely in my ear they put stress on the wire preventing them from closing the seal hold when they were in my ear. I personally don't find it annoying as I like to keep the headphones in my ear and have space around them so I can still hear what's going on around me. The sound, from what I could tell from the only working earbud, seemed a little below average. The headphones came with a small, seemingly sturdy case that honestly seemed to be better quality than the headphones. There were also 3 sets of bud heads in total: small, medium and large with medium pre-attached.
