When I first ordered this, the product originally received did not work. Within 24 hours of notification, the company sent replacements free of charge! So first of all, GREAT customer service here. As for the product, I received the replacement within a few days and I love it! The package includes several ear tips of different sizes, so you can choose the one that is most comfortable for your ear. It also has additional Bluetooth headphones that you can connect to Bluetooth that wrap around your head and turn those Bluetooth headphones into a pair of Bluetooth headphones! The sound quality is also very good. I have to fiddle with the volume a bit to get it right for me, but it's easy to hear and doesn't sound muffled like some headphones. Overall this is a great accessory and I am very happy with my purchase so far! :)
