Let me start by saying that this came without an LED stick (one goes in the front and one goes in the back). Ok, mistakes happen. But the sash is very light and kept falling off the shoulders when walking the dog. At some point, the supplied LED stick simply slipped out of the plastic housing. The belt should be fastened at the best angle at the bottom, which can help keep it on the shoulder. Note that this belt uses two LED sticks that slide in and out of clear, soft plastic cases. It looks like the sleeves will tear pretty quickly, but that's just my guess.
