Not very good quality. I've had them for less than 3 weeks and one of the earbuds has already become detached from the rest of the headset. I submitted an ad to the company. I think this is an opportunity to learn more about the warranty. Update 01/13/2020: The company contacted me immediately and my replacement device arrived this afternoon. I will keep updating this if I run into any issues. I sincerely hope this was a random incident. I give 4 stars for the fast customer service. If this set stays together I will update again in a month. Update 01/28/2020: So, the replacement has arrived and the replacement device is also broken at the point where the earphones rotate, just like the last one. Therefore I cannot recommend this product. I also have a pair of their Z2 headphones which were great. The vertebrae on them are different and do not put any strain on them. If I could rate the customer service separately I would give it 4 stars. Update 02/24/2020: This unit has been replaced and my money has been refunded. I have never received such excellent customer service from a company. So far this third party device has been reliable and I would recommend this product and company based on the services provided to me. My rating has changed and the only reason for the four star rating is the issues I am having with the first two headphones. Customer service is definitely 5 stars and I have changed the stars to 4 stars overall.
