Velcro closure for added security

Fits perfectly but a tiny bit can still grow. Be glad you got through spring and summer because his legs are growing so fast. He said it was comfortable and I love the velcro that keeps it secure when playing at the beach. His last one, which he outgrew, didn't have velcro and when filled with water it slips off easily.
