I like that it records all my contacts including distance so I can easily track who I have been in close proximity to for days at time. It doesn't seem as advanced as other platforms such as Apple or Google's solutions but perhaps they are still working out kinks? They need more features! As of now you just get basic usage instructions but not much else. Take your time figuring things out because there is no one walking you through everything step by step. Do what feels right for your business needs and try different options until you find something that works well enough for you. We've seen some very good success using this platform to keep our staff members safe from contracting coronavirus.
