Does not accept custom print settings and cuts top of label by default

This product does not work by default. It is designed to print on labels larger than 4x6. The instructions aren't really what I would call English - it doesn't make sense. Regardless, you cannot send custom settings (like print 80% or add a border) to prevent the top part from being cropped. I would choose another printer that actually prints. i will return it
