The straps are NOT ADJUSTABLE. They don't move at all. I used to set up chicos with no problems and watched videos to see what to do when they get stuck. Both my husband and I have tried different strategies: gently, wiggle, go first, pull hard, and NOTHING. They cannot be tightened or loosened and therefore do not fit properly. Unfortunately, we no longer get Chaco.
