It depends on the size and number of cutlery
The slots for forks, knives and spoons are too small. Only holds salad forks, teaspoon sized spoons. And NOT suitable for serving size 8. If you put them all in the slots, they will slide up and block your drawer when you pull them out. I was very disappointed that the design couldn't hold all my cutlery, especially larger cutlery like dinner forks and tablespoon sized spoons.
