The review below was before I bought the second one. I have now downgraded this rating to 2 stars. My rack is already stoned in just a few months. That's ridiculous. I'd really like my money back for both so I can buy someone else's quality shelf - if they have one. The only reason I'm giving this a starting rating of 3 is because it's the second one I'm buying - for exactly the same thing. Bicycle. The guide was good. Everything went well. It looked great. Looked good, past tense. Chrome chipped and rust appeared. I use a shed, not a garage, but I can assure you that I keep my bike and all accessories clean and dry. I'll try again because the lace pattern is already in my hood. I'm also buying extenders this time. I didn't have a chance to contact the company's owners before buying this and writing a review, otherwise I would have tried to get them to replace it for free. I am in the business of making chrome license plate frames and when done right they will stay good and look good for years, not just 2 years. I also think for the price it should have held up without rusting or cracking. Instead I buy another one and only give it 3 stars which is very bad for them and for me.
