It's hard to get carried away when writing a lunch box review. The product has one simple function - keep your lunch together when transporting it from home to work/school. The clasps and general configuration of the lunch box are acceptable, although improvements could be made. For example, a smaller container used to hold small berries, hummus, or other food does not completely close or align within the container, making it difficult to evenly distribute food around that tray when it is in a box is used. Doesn't change the rules of the game, but with some extra design work it can be very useful. My biggest gripe (and to be honest it wasn't advertised) is that this box doesn't really keep anything cold unless it's kept in the fridge all the time. I have a couple of stainless steel mugs that I think are better at keeping things cold while I commute from home to work. About 8-12 minutes after taking it out of the fridge, I either eat what I have in it or transfer the food to another cooling unit. Again this was not advertised to keep your food cold. I just think for the price you pay better materials and engineering could make this a better product. I feel like it could be easily damaged if I drop it on the floor as the sides of the box aren't very strong. Well I have a lifetime warranty as per their listing. So if I can somehow find this company's website (which was hard to find), I know I have a company that endorses their product. Finally, I would like to state that it is easy to maintain and clean. Rinse with hot water, use a sponge and it all wipes off easily.
