I first got plantar fasciitis on both feet in 2015. My right leg was healing on its own, but my left was getting worse. It's 2018 and my left leg is still suffering from this disease. At first I thought the solution to the problem would be custom orthotics as my arch has failed. But I swear the orthotics didn't help at all. I kept looking for solutions and came across night tires. It's awkward, but worth it if it means I can now walk without pain.
