I really like this nose piercing. I had a bad reaction to surgical steel when I got a nose piercing almost a year ago and switched to a titanium stud. I wanted to replace this one because I wanted a bigger/more noticeable gem, my previous gem was very small. This is a pretty gemstone that is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. One thing I would like to say is that I would recommend this to people with healed nose piercings that have not yet healed. The L is quite short - I know the description says the pin is 6mm long, but it can be hard to imagine what it is if you can't see it. It's definitely shorter than I expected. The L sits pretty close to the inside of my nostril so there isn't much room on it, so I don't recommend it for people who are still taking medication or need frequent cleaning. But now that I'm fully healed I really liked it, I like that it stays in place without moving much.
