The window air conditioner needs to run the circulation fan when starting. It works well, my only concern is that the plugs are built in and the AC has a ground fault detection plug so I had to use a short power cord so I could use another outlet as the AC plug was covering part of it. I would like to point out that this is one of those things that most people will not have a problem with.
