My daughter is starting Kindergarten in a few weeks and after looking through a few backpacks she settled on this gold Bixbee. After watching the video and reviewing the features, I decided that the medium would be the best fit. Now I hope it was an honest mistake and not an attempt to live through it. But I clearly got a small backpack but paid $49 for a medium one. While cute, this backpack doesn't have the sections advertised for the average backpack. There is no space for a laptop, no separate compartments for pens etc., there is no attachment for a chest strap on the shoulder straps, which helps keep the bag more secure on the child's shoulders. I will definitely be returning this item in the hopes of getting the advertised media that I paid for.
