Sufficient for small fillings with acrylic paint.

Used for pouring acrylic paint. It spins decently at a slower constant speed. If you try to spin it a little faster, it doesn't spin as smoothly and gets a little choppy. It's probably good enough for smaller paintings though. It's actually meant for decorating cakes, so I don't think a person is going to turn their cake very quickly while decorating.
