We saw this unit in America's Test Kitchen. We've found that our herbs either rot or dry out in the fridge, so we decided to give it a try. For now, this is a good improvement from our observations. It's a little tricky to clean if you really want to wash it, and plastic is plastic. Don't drop it. But we are satisfied and can recommend it.
