Previously, there was no experience of using drones. I bought a mini 2 and from the 1st flight I figured out how to control it without any problems. Management is very simple. In total, he flew several dozen hours. For all the time there was not a single refusal. The drone itself is small (it can fit in a jacket pocket), weighs 249 grams, so registration is not required. Outside the city, somewhere in an open field, I calmly flew away for 2 kilometers. At the same time, the signal remained confident, the picture on the phone did not break. In urban conditions, it flies over a much shorter distance (on average 600 meters), then the connection is lost (who needs more - is treated by installing additional software). If the signal from the remote control is lost, it automatically returns to the take-off point. The camera is not bad, with the installation of filters you can get a picture close to professional shooting. The camera and gimbal shoot smoothly, without twitching and blockages. Separately, you can praise the remote control - it looks expensive, it fits comfortably in the hands + very responsive sticks that allow you to turn smoothly without jerking. True, the remote control is almost larger in size and weight than the drone itself. The average flight time is 22-23 minutes. In calm weather, it can fly a little longer. Flight speed in normal mode is about 40 km / h. Good software with some convenient features such as transferring data to the phone over the air, video processing, panoramas. There are a number of built-in shooting modes that are not particularly interesting to me personally (taking off over an object, flying around an object, etc.), but there is nothing that I would like to have (tracking / following the object functions). Among the shortcomings, one can note a camera that is weak for night mode (in the dark, the picture will be like that of the cheapest phones). Due to its light weight, it cannot be flown in strong winds. There are no obstacle sensors, so it is better not to fly near trees / wires. It is better to take in the Combo configuration, otherwise one battery will not be enough. But the price in this case will already be approaching more "adult" models.
