Plugged in and caused flooding due to a faulty valve
I bought it because I knew it would be easy to connect. I plugged it in, turned the water on and one of the check valves (hot) didn't have a ball so you couldn't turn the water off. A small tide is no big deal. Unfortunately I can't return it as I don't have a return window. I bought another one and everything is fine. But I read on another shop website that they seem to have a problem. Knocking out the drain is a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it (use a flathead screwdriver and a hammer) it should be easy.
