The refurbished pair I bought was damaged, one earbud had 50% or less than the other. Update: I was able to have another pair delivered for free. I have all 3 Buds+, Buds Live and Buds Pro. While professional bud is generally the best, these buds are better than live bud. They also, BIG thing here, stick in your ears better than the other two. They also get louder than live buds. I would recommend these over live headphones unless you need a softer but slightly better sound quality and can't afford professional headphones.
