1. I have bought and owned many of these devices! The work light is so dim I couldn't see it until I turned off the light in the room. I was trying to remove a stain on the inner panel of a car door. I sat in one place for more than 30 seconds and nothing changed. I used a Lysol disinfectant wipe and cleaned the entire panel in 30 seconds. Not just the quarter sized stain I was trying to steam, THE WHOLE PANEL! Garbage, it's actually a waste of time to send it back, the environmental impact of logistics alone isn't worth anyone refilling or trying to fix Clean garbage!
