Everything is perfect so far! I needed a small extra laptop to use in bed or somewhere else to run my windows programs and this was a perfect fit. 6GB of RAM will help - it's not sluggish. It has a very bright, clear screen. It is always connected to the network, so I cannot speak about the battery life, which I think is the main disadvantage of this model. I'm not a trackpad fan, but I use a mouse so it's not a big deal. The buttons are really comfortable for me. It comes with Windows 10 Home (not the 10 S that people complain about on some other mini laptop models) and doesn't seem to have that much bloatware. I am satisfied with this purchase, definitely worth the price
