This is probably the best drink I've ever had during a workout. I've tried many intras that tried too hard on the flavor and ended up with an overdone flavor. This is the only Aminolast flavor I've tried, but there are others that I suspect are good too. It gives you a little boost throughout your workout despite not containing any stimulants. I don't tolerate stimulants well because I work out in the evenings. When I use caffeinated products at the end of the day, I usually can't sleep. I love that this product contains no artificial colors. I've tried many intras that were bright red or blue and to be honest that's a bit concerning. I use this product because I'm trying to improve my health and well-being. Why would I drink a bunch of dye? This drink is pale yellow in color and is normal. Goes well with the taste of lemon ice cream. I drink this to stay hydrated during strenuous CrossFit workouts. Every time I'm ready to lift a little harder or start a new round, I take a sip and get an extra boost. I noticed that this product also contains magnesium, which I believe aids in muscle recovery. I think these guys did a good job on this product. I like it a lot, especially during summer training without air conditioning.
