Purchased to solve lighting issues during my child's online learning. The product exceeded my expectations for its versatility and customizability. It features a push-button control mechanism that's solid, responsive, and easy to understand. It allows you to switch from blue light to orange light and a few shades in between with the push of a button. I use blue light during the day when my daughter attends online school. Then we can switch to orange light in the evening when she does her homework. Brightness: Bright light is sufficient for our needs. At the maximum value, it can almost completely darken the image on the screen. Based on where I placed it on the table we set it to level 2 on the darkest setting and it looks perfectly lit. I like the ability to adjust the brightness because there have been times when I needed full brightness or full darkness and different levels in between. It's now the only light in the room my daughter needs to illuminate her screen portrait and desk. Very happy with this purchase.
