If you are allergic, don't take this. I was not feeling well. I had to throw it away to get rid of the smell. When you get it, you know it's really strong. A kitchen spray spread throughout the house, even upstairs. So if you are okay with a strong perfume smell throughout the house, it will last for a long time as one spray is enough.
