Overall I'm very happy with this phone mount. Installation on my motorcycle was very easy. The product is designed to fit handlebars of different widths, from very small to quite large. I love how easy it is to turn the phone on and off. It's also very easy to position the phone at any angle thanks to the ball joint that allows you to tilt it up, down or rotate it to get the perfect reading position. The holder is very reliable. He slightly approached my Galaxy S10 phone and held it very tight. I tried shaking it while it was in the mount before installing it on my bike to make sure it wouldn't drop my phone. I didn't get a chance to stir it up, which gave me a lot of confidence. I also found the phone to be easy to read and the mount holds the phone well; slight vibration thanks to the rubber that keeps the phone in place.
