Definitely cheaply made. I've seen reviews that the pitcher is rusting. That may be true, although I haven't had mine long enough to even wash them, but the quality is similar to cheap Harbor Freight stainless steel pots. It's non-magnetic stainless steel, so that's good. Typical of these cheap pots, the wax polishes used at the factory were never properly cleaned. They are always difficult to remove. When I first opened the package I was impressed at first sight. then I took him by the hand. There is no quality control. The handle was only attached from below. Apparently the welder who welded the top of the handle wasn't working that day. or sleep. I only bought it to help me brew. Aside from the unwelded handle, the jug does its job well. Rather than return it, I'll probably keep it to myself. I can weld or rivet. Is this the new normal? Are all shipping products just "sets" that we need to finish?
