This cream might be for the legs but I use it on my hands, elbows, knees, calves and any dry, rough areas. The tube is small enough to carry in your purse (for hand cream). As one lady mentioned, you suddenly notice that your skin dries out... When I entered menopause, I noticed that my body was noticeably drier; My skin was like dry salt marshes or dried mud in the Death Valley desert. Yes, I have dealt with calluses and cracked feet. It's an endless cycle, but Eucerin Creme seems to be helping. I apply it in bed at night (so as not to run onto the carpet). I will also use it in the morning before putting my socks on. It works if you use it and are consistent. Contains Urea & Ceramide-3 to help repair skin. I hope this helps someone considering purchasing the item. :)
