It's weird when I plug in these headphones they automatically turn the volume down to mute the sound. I can see the volume decreasing and I can't turn the volume up. The options appear depending on which headset I have. I usually use headphones with a mic, but these are causing the problem. When I choose a regular headset, it sounds like I'm vacuuming and no one can hear anything. convenient but doesn't work very well.
